We all have life coaches whether they are solicited or not is another question. Typically it is a family member or friend telling you how to act. Whether you appreciate their words or not at the time sometimes there is validity to their word. My mom thought she was being funny when she told me 3 years ago that I should stop marathon partying and actually run marathons. She didn't have a clue that I would take the challenge and run with it, literally. For those who have never met Heather and have heard about coach Gus & Bettina I am attaching our pics from Tri for the Cure. Coaches...we may not always want to listen but ultimately they want us to succeed :-)
