M.I.A.

A lot of people asked me what I would do with all of the time I spent going to school. The funny thing is that it does not really seem as if I have more time at all. In fact, as this blog reflects I have not been as active with minor things but still seem to fill the time effortlessly. February flew by as I searched for my first home. In March Izzy and I moved in :-) You would have thought I had given her a mansion to sniff around in. She completely wore herself out the first night. At 9pm I searched the house for her only to find my little furkid all curled up in her dog bed fast asleep and snoring! Mom and cousin Heidi came out for our annual Girls Spring Training Outings. We headed down to Tucson to catch the Diamondbacks and visit the San Xavier Mission. It was great to have family here to help with my move. It was also not too difficult considering that my father hired some help and brought over a nice large trailor to haul everything in one trip ;-) Most of my time has been spent filling my new home and the holes Izzy has been digging all over the yard. When I am not shopping I am training for the Tri For The Cure in May at Tempe Town Lake. This weekend is my first open water swim out at Lake Pleasant. Wish me good luck!
