Tri Season's Here!

Travel to Jamaica, Mexico City, and other places that shall remain a mystery, definitely derailed my tri-training. I have been kicking my own hind this past week in preparation for Vegas in a couple of weeks. Below is a shot from Tri for the Cure. Never think you can go into a race, short or not, and do well when you have been gallivanting around the globe!!
